Best Pulled pork Ever!!

3 1/2 TBS Rib rub/ grilling rub
1QT warm water (and more as needed)
5lb pork shoulder
1 yellow onion thinly sliced
2 1/2 cup mustard and grilling sauce (I use Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ)
Hamburger buns

In large bowl disolve 2 TBS rub with 1 QT water

Put pork in slow cooker.  Add onion and pour water mixture in to almost cover pork.  Cook on high for 3hrs.  Turn pork over and cook until meat easily shreds when pulled with a fork. (About 2 to 3 hours more)  Continue cooking as needed for up to 1 hour.

Transfer pork to baking sheet and loosley cover for 1 hr with aluminul foil.  Using 2 forks shred meat and disreguard any fat.  Put in bowl and stir in 1 1/2 TBS grilling rub and 2 1/2 cups of sauce.

* I never really follow the ingredients for the sauce and I mix until I have about 3 cups and like the taste.*
